Shell is the no BS, non-boring HR consultant you’ll want by your side.  She has led Human Resources teams for over 10 years, coaching executives and managers to become the leader people want to follow. She works with leaders, managing directors and HR teams all around Australia to create a culture that gets people talking — and applying.

When she’s not doing that, you’ll find her behind the microphone on the My Millennial Career podcast — an Australian Podcast Awards finalist — where Shell helps thousands of people build a career they love via the airwaves. You can hear Shell’s whip-smart advice, cackling laugh and work rants here.

Shell is also highly qualified in the boring but important stuff, with a Master of Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Development under her belt.

meet annabelle bishop

She's our chief people problem solver, resident HR powerhouse, and our team hot sauce supplier.

Annabelle brings a decade of HR experience across various industries, including hospitality, finance, accounting, mining and the not-for-profit sector.  Her mission is to help HR teams move from reactive to strategic by streamlining HR processes.

Her zone of genius is leading strategic HR projects, from organisational design, remuneration and benefits, performance management, and HR automation.

Annabelle's list of qualifications is longer than most people's to-do lists. She's got her MBA, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Bachelor's in Commerce and her AHRI HR Practising Certification (oof, impressive, right?).
